Understanding, exploring and applying fundamental leadership capabilities and how it affects a leader’s level of influence and effectiveness. This module comprises of 10 real- life lessons mined through painful trial and error experiences of previous leaders; filled with nuggets of golden leadership laws and principles, designed both for the experienced and inexperienced leaders. Gives leaders, managers and team members an opportunity to develop their leadership capabilities and gain valuable insights to lead with conviction and mastery.
